Which PMX phone app should I use?

PMX offers apps that let you use your office extension on your computer or cell phone. CloudieConnect is PMX's current app and the one we set up for new users. If PMX set you up with SNAPmobile in the past, you can keep using it.

App Who it's for
CloudieConnect PMX's current app, used for all new setups. Works on Windows, Mac, iPhone and Android.
SNAPmobile Older app. If PMX already set you up with SNAPmobile, you can keep using it unless PMX asks you to move to CloudieConnect.
Business texting Texting may be in CloudieConnect, or in a separate texting app PMX set up for your organization. See Business texting.

Not sure which one you have?

Check your welcome email from PMX, or look at which app is already on your phone. If you're still not sure, contact PMX and we'll tell you.

Please use only one app per extension

Don't install both apps and try them with the same extension. Calls may ring in the wrong place or not at all. If you think you need a different app, ask PMX first.
