Business texting

If texting is turned on for your PMX number, you can send and receive text and picture messages (SMS and MMS) with your business number. Depending on how your organization is set up, you text either in CloudieConnect or in a separate texting app.

Which app do I text from?

Your setup Where you text
Most customers The same app you use for calls: CloudieConnect, or SNAPmobile if PMX set you up with it. Look for the Messages section.
A few businesses Textable, a separate texting app that PMX sets up for specific numbers. If you use Textable, PMX will have told you.

Not every business number includes texting

PMX turns on texting for specific numbers. If you don't see a way to text in your app, or you're not sure whether your number can send texts, ask PMX.
