Log in to the phone portal

Your phone portal is where you manage your own phone settings: voicemail, greetings, call forwarding and answering rules.

Portal address: https://pbx.pmxtech.co

First time? Create your password

When your account is set up, you get an email from info@pmxtech.co with a subject like "Welcome to PMX Technology Solutions". Open it and click Complete Setup to create your password. The link expires after 7 days.

You use the same username and password for the portal and CloudieConnect, PMX's phone app. If PMX set you up with SNAPmobile in the past, it uses these same credentials too, but please use only one app for your extension. See Which app should I use?

Log in

  1. Go to pbx.pmxtech.co in any web browser.
  2. Enter your Login Name. It's in your welcome email, or PMX can give it to you.
  3. Enter your password and click Log In.

Forgot your password or login name?

To reset your password:

  1. Go to the PMX phone portal at pbx.pmxtech.co.
  2. Click Forgot Password.
  3. Enter the login information it asks for and follow the prompts.
  4. Check the email address on your account for the password-reset message.
  5. Click the reset link in that email and create a new password.
  6. Go back to pbx.pmxtech.co and log in with your new password.

Important

Your PMX phone portal and CloudieConnect use the same login credentials. If you change your password, you may need to sign in again on CloudieConnect and any other devices where your account is configured.

Forgot your login name? On the login page, click Forgot Login Name and follow the steps. It's also in your welcome email.

If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then contact PMX.

What you can do in the portal

  • Listen to and delete voicemails
  • Change your voicemail greeting and email notifications
  • Set up call forwarding and answering rules
  • See your call history

Office managers

If you are your company's phone admin, you can also manage other users, auto attendants and hours. Ask PMX before making changes that affect how your main number rings.
